The first 1/8 buggy national race took place in Athens. XRAY team was strong again with Tasos Paparegas leading. The 5 qualification runs were very competitive with a lot of drivers fighting for the A final. Tasos once again took the pole position and Delbederis the second XRAY the 4th on the grid.
The final was an easy task for Tasos who won easily with one lap from the second driver and more refueling pitstops. Vagelis Delbederis managed to reach 3rd place but his engine had a lot of problems so he didnâ™t finish on podium
